Leaders of Russia, China, India and middle powers holding face-to-face meetings at Bishkek SCO summit

The leaders of Russia, China and India arrived with other heads of state in Kyrgyzstan on August 31 for a two-day Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit.
The SCO is widely viewed as offering a forum at which members, as well as 15 “dialogue partners” that include some important middle powers, can devise ways to counter pervasive US global influence.
In Bishkek, the Kyrgyz capital, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi – as well as the leaders of Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, among others – will take part in a great many bilateral meetings that could prove important in shaping foreign policy looking ahead. Coming four and a half years into Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and six months into the war between the United States and Iran, the gathering of so many leaders is unarguably an important event that will be watched closely. The summit will also mark the 25th anniversary of the SCO, originally established as a security platform by Russia, China and four Central Asian countries.
Ahead of the summit, on August 30, Xi paid a state visit to Kyrgyzstan, which is celebrating the 35th anniversary of its independence from the Soviet Union. Xi talked of China-Kyrgyzstan cooperation entering a ‘golden period’ of rapid development.
Starting with meetings between Putin and Xi and Putin and Modi that took place on August 31, IntelliNews takes a look at some of the possible highlights of the summit.
Putin meets Xi
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Russian media that at their meeting on the sidelines of the summit, Putin and Xi discussed the war in Ukraine only “in passing.”
Also at the meeting, Putin underlined Moscow’s readiness to make Russia’s visa-free regime with China, on which Moscow is increasingly dependent economically, permanent.
Putin and Xi have previously used SCO summits to develop and push for their vision of a multipolar world that offers a united front against the West.
Xi told Putin he was “happy” to see him, saying China-Russia ties had become “more solid” and that their “prospects will be even brighter”, AFP reported.
“The amount of uncertainty and unpredictability in the international order has obviously increased,” Xi was cited as saying.
He added that China is willing to work with Russia and others to ‘strengthen the forces leading the reform of global governance and advancing an equal and orderly multipolar world’.
Putin, who last met Xi in May, told the Chinese president: “Cooperation is successfully developing on all fronts.”
DPA reported him as also stating: ‘We [Russia and China] are implementing major projects in the energy sector, industry, space, transport and logistics. Given the current complex geopolitical situation, the comprehensive partnership and strategic cooperation between Russia and China is a model for interstate relations.’
There was no word, however, on whether Putin was able to persuade Xi to pay a gas price that would make constructing a second gas export pipeline from Russia to China economically attractive. Russia wants China to buy gas volumes that the EU will no longer take, but Beijing has held out for very low pricing.
The Russian president was described by the Kremlin as travelling to Bishkek with a “compact” seven-member delegation that included Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Deputy Prime Minister Alexei Overchuk, presidential aides Maxim Oreshkin and Yury Ushakov, spokesman Peskov, SCO coordinator Bakhtiyor Khakimov and Russian Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Sergei Vakulov.
Putin meets Modi
At his meeting with Putin, Modi told the Russian leader through a translator that India supports efforts to end the war in Ukraine, and that “we need to move from endless war to the end of war, to the end of hostilities,” adding that “this is very important for all of humanity”, the Associated Press (AP) reported.
Dinakar Peri, a fellow in security studies at Carnegie India, was quoted by the news agency as saying that the SCO gives India a seat at the table in a wider region increasingly shaped by competition among the larger powers, enabling it to defend its interests, follow shifting geopolitical currents and project itself as a reliable stakeholder.
“While it may not entirely shape the agenda, it gives New Delhi a first-hand view of the region and allows it to hedge its position with others,” Peri said.
Putin to hold talks with Pezeshkian
Talks between Putin and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will take place on September 1, a day that will also bring the official SCO sessions of the summit.
Iran joined the bloc in 2023. Mohammad Hassan Najmi, an international relations expert, told AFP that Tehran “believes its membership and active participation in these alliances can enable it to circumvent US and European sanctions.”
However, he observed, that “in times of crisis, these alliances have rarely allowed Iran to resolve its difficulties.”
One item for possible discussion between Putin and Pezeshkian is how to progress the $25bn agreement signed by Tehran with Russia’s state nuclear company Rosatom for the construction of four nuclear power plants in Iran.
Naser al-Tamimi, a UK-based analyst and founder of MidEast Strategia, commented on X that the SCO can help largely isolated Iran, ‘but only to a point.’
‘The SCO offers Iran broader political cover, helps reduce its international isolation, and expands opportunities for trade and settlements in yuan, rubles, and other national currencies. In doing so, it can modestly reduce Tehran’s dependence on the Western financial system.’
Tamimi added: ‘But the SCO is not an economic shield against US sanctions. It lacks a fully developed alternative financial architecture, provides no reliable protection for major banks and companies exposed to secondary sanctions, and cannot compel China or India to absorb high economic costs on Iran’s behalf.’
Pezeshkian meets Modi
In a summit sidelines meeting with Modi, Pezeshkian, in remarks made in the wake of the first exchange of fire between the United States and Iran in a month, said continuing the war was not in Tehran’s interest.
“We continue to strive for a path of agreement and understanding, and we believe that continuing the war is neither in our interest, nor in the interest of the region,” he told Modi.
Erdogan to meet Putin
Nato member Turkey – which along with countries including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Azerbaijan and Armenia holds dialogue partner status within the SCO – says it views SCO participation as part of a balanced foreign policy.
The administration of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, scheduled for a face-to-face with Putin on September 1, is currently anxious about the intensifying Black Sea warfare conducted by Russia and Ukraine, which has included multiple strikes on Turkish vessels. On August 31, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said Ankara has prepared a plan for the safe passage of grain via the Black Sea and was in contact with both Russia and Ukraine regarding it.
Turkey has frequently outlined its willingness to revive a UN-brokered deal that got grain out of Ukraine during wartime before breaking down.
‘We have prepared a plan and we are in contact with both sides regarding this plan,’ Fidan told a press conference in Istanbul. ‘If the necessary conditions emerge, we are working in particular to achieve another agreement similar to the grain deal.’
In June, IntelliNews ran a comment piece, arguing that “steadily but surely, almost imperceptibly, Recep Tayyip Erdogan has in the past two years broken from his accommodation with Vladimir Putin.”
Pashinian to meet Putin
Putin is also set on September 1 to meet Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian.
Ex-Soviet Armenia, long an ally of Russia, has angered Moscow by seeking to move closer to the West to the point that it wants EU membership.
‘We will insist that Armenia cannot aspire for EU membership while hugely benefitting from cooperation within the [Russia-led] European Economic Union [EEU],’ Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov was reported as saying by RFE/RL. The five-member EEU trade bloc also groups Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

Japheth engaging an unexpected golem to the north? Canada is a mess.

This is an obvious security threat to North America!
Any bilateral trade arrangements that are dependent on currency swaps will not work. CCP will give some yuan to Egypt to pay the interest on yuan denominated loans. For now, China is trying to provide Egypt with yuan, but with little the Chinese Communists can buy from Egypt, how can Egypt get enough yuan? The CCP is just a cheap template of the West and cannot compete with the Western expertise of the devil and the Rothschild banking system.

Egypt’s expanded currency swap with China may help bring the yuan into wider use in trade and investment, but experts say any reduced reliance on the US dollar will not happen in a hurry.
Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Egyptian counterpart Abdel-Fattah el-Sisi this week backed greater use of their currencies, while linking closer financial ties to plans for new factories, energy projects and digital infrastructure.

May your move to the rural area go exceptionally well. May you separate yourself from unbelieving family members. May you carve out a place to reside that is away from non-kind. May you hold an arsenal of semi-automatic and automatic weapons.
May Father Yahweh bless you and keep you and may his face shine upon you, may he lift up his countenance upon you and grant you peace.
Amen to this comment and to your site. Keep away from those who aren’t your kind.
I will take that Blessing! Thx. Whenever I start feeling freak out I sure like reading your blog. Thx again Stone.
Hey Stone
Wondering with the 2027 date getting closer into view along with the buildup in war drum and conscription legislation / discussion both here and in Europe if you have plans to liquidate your real estate rentals. Is it more of a push between gains being eaten up via capital gains tax? The UK is talking digital ID’s by the end of the year, likely that debanking ( and thereby potential rents) wont be accessable to the holdouts as this progresses. If tax werent a consideration, wondering if the most conservative option of gold could see the potential far outsized gains vs geographically constrained rentals. Interested in your thoughts. Thanks
Probably best I generate a podcast to answer these questions. Thanks. I will do that.
Looking forward to it!
Thank-you — I really value your insight
The Iran war of today. From Orwell, “The war is not meant to be won, it is meant to be continuous. Hierarchical society is only possible on the basis of poverty and ignorance. This new version is the past and no different past can ever have existed. In principle the war effort is always planned to keep society on the brink of starvation. The war is waged by the ruling group against its own subjects and its object is not the victory over either Eurasia or East Asia, but to keep the very structure of society intact.”
Remember, Universalism and any universal church will ultimately always betray the white race. That’s always the result, by function and design. The Jews and Esau Cain, whose Talmud despises Jesus and honors Judas, designed Universalism in the same manner. Both are from the devil.
And here is a part of the problem! Out of 162,000 nonfarm payroll jobs added to the US economy in August, women claimed 158,000 of them. That’s roughly 97.5% of all new positions, a lopsided figure that makes the rest of the jobs report look like a footnote.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics released its Employment Situation report on September 4, and the gender breakdown immediately became the headline. Women now hold 79.749 million nonfarm payroll jobs, pushing their share of total nonfarm employment to 50.1%.
Interesting that this topic was recently discussed on this very blog.

If I was a conspiracy nut, I would suggest this site is monitored. I won’t say by whom it is monitored lest I be accused of being on the Kremlin payroll.
And, may I point out he said, He also defended Trump’s recent Truth Social post depicting himself as an AI-generated Jesus Christ, which Crawford said “upset” him: “I know that the president didn’t mean any offense, obviously he loves Christians . . . he’s a back slapper, he’s a bit of a ball buster
Notice, he did not say, Trump is a Christian, just he loves Christians! Hmm…
Just a reminder on what a collapsing currency does to asset prices.
While the Japanese yen continues to fade, although it’s up nicely this morning, the Nikkei 225 has been on a tear over the past 5 years.
It traded around 25,000 in 2022 and hit a high of 73,000 in June. It’s currently trading at around 63,000.
Sure, inflation in Japan is starting to rip off its anemic levels of the past 30 years, but Japanese stockholders have been compensated accordingly.
And the bond markets worldwide are still getting clobbered. Its like a giant see saw!

He errs here. According to the gospels, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb early in the morning on Sunday when it was still dark; not at sundown of the solar day prior. Yes, Jesus had already risen, but the first person to figure that one out was Mary when she went early in the morning on Sunday. Jesus had already risen at the end of the Sabbath, in fulfillment of the prophets.
He discards the Catholic timeline, but inserts a part of it to create an error.
I don’t agree with him and I stick with my analysis
Correct! This was the day of the wave sheaf offering. Remember, He told Mary not to touch Him till he was accepted by the Father.
Stone, your on a roll!
Notice how the spring holy days are fulfilled. On wave sheaf day the count to 50 begins for Pentecost!
Now we await the fulfillment of the fall holy days! Trumpets in about 11 days!
I’m still jacked up on caffeine from this morning’s coffee.
Matthew 12:38 “An evil and adulterous generation craves a sign. Yet no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah, because just as Jonah was in the stomach of the sea creature for three days and three nights, so the Son of Man will be in the heart of the earth for three days and three nights.
If we conclude that Jesus resurrected at the end of the week, which would have been on a Saturday evening, and he was in the ground for three days and three nights, this means he was crucified on a Wednesday. Since he died at sundown on Passover evening, which was the Hebrew Passover, not the talmudic Jewish passover, the timing of the Hebrew Passover and Wednesday evening must coincide.
Thus, we have to determine in which year did Passover evening and Wednesday coincide. If this is the case, then the most likely year of Jesus’s crucifixion would have been in 31 AD.
If my calculations are correct, the end of the 6th day for Adamic man, not all man, will be 2031 AD.
This would mean that Jesus was born in the fall of 3 BC. In the spring of 31 AD, he would still be 33 years old.
We do see that the deceptions run very deep in the last days, which were the time subsequent to the death, burial, and Resurrection of Yahweh in the flesh, our Kinsman Redeemer, Jesus Christ the King. He came as a slaughtered lamb for the lost sheep of the House of Jacob Israel.
I can brainstorm on these things, because I live alone in peace and I’m drinking a nice hot cup of coffee.
I’m just doing some numerology here. According to the Universal church, Jesus was born on December 25th. If he died on Wednesday, April 25th, 31 AD, according to the Catholic church, his age would have been 33.33333333 years at death.
Don’t drink coffee at 8:00 at night.
Yes, I believe this is basically correct! He was born on the Feast of Trumpets, in the fall. That must be some good coffee!
2030 and the Great Reset is of particular importance to the adversary. Hence, the mad dash to cross the finish line in time.
The descendants of Cain and Esau need to get all their space weaponry in order for when Michael and the archangels come to fight to save the lost sheep of the House of Jacob Israel. The more websites like this, the less lost these Israelites become.
While it’s too late to change things, there is a great awakening for the remnant. The internet does change things for those with eyes to see and ears to hear.
And the bond market is still under pressure so the financial foundation is cracking!
This from the Jerusalem Post opinion piece, Recruitment numbers are running below what a ground invasion of Iran would require. Estimates for a successful ground campaign against Iran’s 31 provincial commands and its Mosaic Defense Doctrine run between 750 thousand and 1.5 million American troops. The current active US Army stands at roughly 452 thousand. The math does not work, obviously.
Based on American history, however, there is a path forward. Not conscription or a draft in a world war-era sense, but enlistment through a “debt forgiveness program.”
The average American aged 18 to 34 carries more than $40 thousand in non-mortgage debt across student loans, credit card balances, auto loans, and personal loans, with some estimates go as high as $100 thousand.
Unless the Federal Reserve announces some sort of quantitative easing, it’s done.
From what I’ve been reading, the Federal Reserve is discussing loosening the capital requirements for banks, so the banks can hold less in reserves, take on more debt, and purchase more Treasuries. This will alleviate the need for the Federal Reserve to engage in QE, at least in the shorter term.
The reprobate faggot-loving crypto bulls are pushing for stable coin adoption. Of course, these stable coins will be backed by short-term Treasuries, the very Treasuries that the US Treasury will sell, so they can purchase long-term Treasuries.
US Treasury secretary, Scott Bessent, is a flaming out and out homosexual. He is married to his fella, John, and has adopted a baby boy. It is so disgusting. He is a Soros plant, which shows us that both sides of the aisle are sodomite and talmudic Jew Cain Edomite Esau to the core.
Scott Bessent handles his treasury job like a kayfabe wrestler. He is a out and out faggot queer. Homosexuals have deep inherent conflicts of interest and double-mindedness. They are ultimately self-loathing and cannot be trusted in any capacity. They also tend to blame heterosexuals for the inherent hatred that most hold for homosexuals. It’s never them, it’s always someone else.
Precisely!
The talmudic Jewish Passover is based on the first indication of a waxing crescent moon. The Hebrew Passover is based on the new moon. The talmudic Jewish Passover is usually two days later than the Hebrew Passover. Thus, the talmudic Jewish Passover in 31 AD would have been on Friday, and would have coincided with the Catholic Church’s dogma of Good Friday.
Seems like 9/11 could be the birth date given the importance? Get ready for all the local political military people giving speeches next week. bunch of liars and crooks. Would think someone by now could get the truth out.
