I came across this sobering statistic about the death of the white race. It was sent to me by a reader, and it goes a long way in explaining why the world has gone into the crapper over the past 100 years….
•In 1910, White people comprised 32% of the world’s population.
•Today, White people only make up 8% of the world’s population.
•By 2050, white people will make up roughly 4% of the world’s population.
A symptom of the disease
This latest round of social Democrat charlatans are nothing but Communists who cannot stand the European Caucasian mentality and the principles this country was founded upon. These politicians and their voting base have been bred and engineered to despise people like you and me.
I don’t mock, nor have an opinion of these far left Marxist white and Christian hating deceivers, but I observe their actions and rhetoric and marvel at the people who vote for them. The further the wealth divides widen, the louder these people will become.
I have been a property manager and landlord for more than 25 years and have leased properties to hundreds of tenants over that time to all walks of life. It’s a sobering reality and I can tell you flat out that people of color, especially American blacks, detest white people. Why is that? Why does the world hate European Caucasians? Perhaps it’s part of a long-range plan for the Adamic man whose time is coming to an end.

The contempt for Christian Caucasians
All the other races generally lack the selflessness of the Caucasians. Foreigners can come to the Western nations to make money and have equal opportunity. But imagine if the White people tried the same thing elsewhere.
Unfortunately, Caucasians have deluded themselves into believing that all the other races are just like whitey. Of course, nothing could be further from the truth. The other races hate whitey. Just look at the world around you.
I know this first hand in my 25 years of property management experience. I hear the subconscious hatred eventually come out of the mouths of the people I interview, whether they be Oriental, Black, Hispanic, Muslim, or anything else other than White.
For my first 20 years of property management, dealing with others rarely posed a problem. However, since the George Floyd riots and the emergence of Black Lives Matter, my property management with minorities got a lot tougher, especially with blacks. Thus, I now rent properties almost exclusively only to my kind of people in jurisdictions that are populated with my kind of people. They appreciate that I charge them below market rent.
I am thankful for my Godly introspection and advanced background in behavioral Economics, because I can easily weed out potential trouble. I never have deadbeat tenants and potential problems always get nipped in the bud.
You white folk need to understand that these other races have been engineered to blame whitey for their woes and they want what whitey possesses. Unfortunately, for them, they can never have my mindset, since this is uniquely European Christian Caucasian.
But, don’t discuss this with your pastor or priest. Don’t ask your priest if the European Caucasians are something different than all others. Don’t suggest to your pastor that the white people are specifically marked for destruction. Why? That’s racist.

Overall, there is no other race that can compare to the European Caucasian Christians. None, and the adversary knows it.
That’s why the upcoming global conflict seems to place the Caucasian nations in the most peril. Coincidence? Of course, not.

The entire OT provides nothing but one example after another that shows what happened when an Israelite mixed with the pagan and foreign multitudes. I think of Saul. I think of Judah. About 4 years ago I started the process of unloading all of my condominiums. I sold the final one out of six a year ago. I am so grateful I did. The proceeds of each condo sale was placed into a single family detached house rental property. The profits continue and so do the rental levels.
I warned my property investing readers after the Surfside collapse to sell all their condos. The prices of the condos I sold have barely budged in over 3 years. One of the subdivisions have seen its condo prices drop since 2023. The rents have only gone up about 10 to 15% during that time in those condos.
Over the same time frame, the rents on the houses I exchanged into have gone up anywhere from 25 to 45%. The house prices on average have gone up about 25% over the same time frame. Of course, I sold out of the blue jurisdictions and into a red one. The best part, no more blacks! No more Muslims nor mongrels! Yay!

I look on the bright side here. As a long-term landlord and one who is heavily exposed to SFR investing, I prefer socialism.
I look at the countries that have gone further down the socialist road (e.g. Central and South America, China, and especially Western Europe) and I look at the escalation in the house price to income multiples and the resulting drop in rental yields in these countries, and know that the potential for high capital gains profit domestically exists for preexisting investors.
Why is this? Socialism always restricts supply, while concomitantly stimulating demand.
I know these higher multiples will be coming to the United States as the US drifts further into socialism.

Do not invest in REITs. I find them to be poor performers with relatively low yields as the REIT structure keeps management from plowing investments back into helping the share price. In addition, these REITs tend to have costly operations. That cuts down on the yield substantially.
In terms of owning the SFR directly, Absolutely. But we must be mindful of the tax jurisdictions we invest in. Follow my lead and invest in heavily red areas.

Well the former communist block nations didn’t have the “diversity” agenda built up in the ‘west’ during the 1960 – 1990 period. Everyone was too poor because of the Jewish overlords running communism so it’s wasn’t a priority for the Jewish bolsheviks to flood the blacks / browns in. Where as in USA, uk, France etc they created a permanent bureaucracy in 1960 – 1990 which was designed to flood these nations with blacks / browns (immigration laws, subsidies etc). The are trying now to import the blacks / browns in Ukraine, Romania etc so it’s happening but there is still reasonably strong resistance. Todate we also don’t have a surplus of vacant property in these central and Eastern European countries when compared with France or Germany or uk which becomes the basis for the blacks / browns to establish themselves cheaply for the Jew

Speaking of race specific vaccines, I have noticed in the last 4 years that the Covid kill shots don’t seem to affect the Ashkenazi Jews as much as the White non Jewish caucasians. I know a lot of Jews that took the kill shot and it hasn’t impacted them like it has the non Jewish whites. I don’t know any blacks so I can’t tell if it affects their health. I know a mexican family that also took the covid shots and they don’t seem to have any additional health issues. I think the covid shots are specifically aimed at killing whites. I see a lot of whites around me who took the covid shots and they have many more health issues now than ever before.
Take note that most countries that have dictatorships are countries that are loaded with colored people. A lot of dictatorship countries are also very multi-cultural as well. Also notice that many autocratic countries are in Africa. Look what happened with the Liberia experiment when African Americans went over there to set up their own place. The country is a hell hole. Cornwallis Prophecy? Ha!
When the British General Cornwallis was defeated at Yorktown and forced to surrender his sword to George
Washington, he shared some very interesting thoughts, most of which have been repeated in truncated and edited
form, taken out of context and misrepresented as threats, instead of talking points preceding a General Surrender.
The British General was actually doing his duty both as an Officer of the British Crown, and as a member of the
Peerage.
In the one capacity, as an Officer of the Crown, he was obligated to give Commercial Notice. Cornwallis, unlike
Washington, knew that all the money the Colonists had been borrowing from the French was actually being
funneled through the French by the British King. So at the end of the hostilities, the Colonists were deep in debt,
in fact, to King George III.
Cornwallis had to gloat about that fact, and provide commercial notice, so he did. That was part of his not-so
veiled message to General Geo. Washington.
In his other capacity as a British Peer he also had duties to attend to, which included giving Washington Notice
under the Laws of International Engagement at the time. Remember that Cornwallis’s surrender was not a
General Surrender. Like Lee’s surrender at Appomattox a century later, it was a Provisional Surrender of an Army.
With that introduction, I’ll cut directly to a quote from Senator Joseph McCarthy detailing exactly what Cornwallis
said to Washington:
“The confession of General Cornwallis to General Washington at Yorktown has been well hidden by historians.

short of saying “holy war” but the echo of Cornwallis is there just the same, and so is the proof in the pudding of

And this “holy cause” is?
Complete world domination by the “Roman” Catholic Church— not as a Christian Church, but as a pagan Roman
institution devoted to the worship of Mammon and operating through the secret “brotherhood” of Freemasonry
worldwide, which includes members of all religions, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Christians — anyone who wants to
sell their soul is welcome.

Very thought provoking post. Daniel 12:7 uses the word holy to describe a group of people. Holy of course means, set apart or different, even special. Adamic man is the creation of YHVH and very special or holy. Matthew 13: 24-43 is a parable about wheat and tares.. Focus on the explanation and think about it, not spiritually but in the physical sense. This is saying the devil has his own people on the Earth at the same time as YHVH! Now think about all the races that are not Adamic! The “tares” are not intended to be here. They will be gathered in the end and destroyed by fire. The tares are nothing more than a tool used by the devil and his henchmen! The tares are by and large heathen if for no other reason than their religious beliefs. This naturally goes for the edomites as well! We are told repeatedly to avoid these people, not to marry them, etc.
