An auspiciously timed earthquake and an oil deal
Had there not been that massive double earthquake and the need for capital infusion to help rebuild the city and the surrounding areas, I doubt very much there would have been a Venezuelan oil deal. Venezuela is desperate for cash and the Anglo-American establishment is providing the answers.
Talk about perfect timing. I suspect that the double earthquake that devastated Caracas and the surrounding area was HAARP induced. Why? Who stands to benefit from all that destruction?
The best part for the potential perpetrators is that this theory is so wildly unbelievable. Concepts of weather and earthquake control are so far fetched that the typical mind cannot process these concepts. It’s something we only see in science fiction movies, and this is why it can take place out in the open. It hides in plain sight.
As far back as the mid 1990s, the Department of Defense talked about their ongoing not-so-clandestine research regarding their abilities at controlling the weather and generating strategic earthquakes by 2025, which coincides with the beginning of the implementation of the chemtrail campaign, which has now continued uninterrupted worldwide for 30 years.
We can say what we want, but I couldn’t think of a more perfectly timed earthquake than the recent rare double Venezuelan earthquake, because it brought Venezuela to its knees. On the surface, Venezuela would benefit from any Western Capital infusion. Venezuela is making a deal it cannot refuse.
Where’s Russia and China when you need them most?
Since the mid 1990s, Russia and China had exerted more influence over Venezuelan affairs as the Venezuelan government tilted further left. Before the Maduro kidnapping, the United States was largely absent with American business assets even being expropriated. Unfortunately for Venezuela’s dictators, their aspirations of creating a socialist paradise only resulted in Venezuela sinking further into the abyss.
It’s clearly apparent that China and Russia never bothered providing any true help to Venezuela. Neither country offered to invest the necessary money to build up Venezuela’s oil sector. Russia and China didn’t seem to provide any financial assistance after this recent devastating earthquake either.
Making matters worse, much of the Chicomm Chinese building construction was heavily damaged during the earthquake. This was a huge embarrassment for the Chinese communist regime and virtually eliminated any hope for the Chinese government in making further inroads with its relations with the Venezuelan government. Immediately after the earthquake, there were hundreds of videos posted on YouTube showing that the Chinese construction contractors didn’t even use genuine rebar.
The CIA and Department of Defense most likely took all of this into account if they engineered that double earthquake. Now we stand on the precipice of a massive Venezuelan oil deal.
The massive levels of human loss and physical devastation that were exacerbated by the poor construction techniques of the Chinese Communist contractors was probably another reason that was considered by the Venezuelan national government. They realize Chicom China was not going to help them in any true sense and the Venezuelan government probably sees Russia as a wounded animal that can’t punch its way out of a paper bag in Ukraine.
The obvious winner
The United States steps up and promises to open up the Venezuelan economy and get the monetary faucets flowing again. The latest estimates of the costs of rehabilitating Venezuela’s oil sector just to produce what it produced on a daily level 30 years ago climb to over $100 billion. Russia certainly doesn’t have that money and China is unwilling to invest that much in the Western hemisphere. Regardless of the reader’s politics, the Venezuela deal with the US makes the most sense for everyone involved.
Venezuela needs to unwind 30 years of Che Guevara inspired dreams and liberation theology, and get with the program. The United States needs a stable Venezuela for its national security purposes and the United States is better served by having control over Venezuela’s oil, rather than Venezuela continuing down its road to oblivion.
Maybe I’m wrong and the earthquake was truly a natural phenomenon. Either way, this devastating double earthquake provided the necessary catalyst for the United States and Venezuelan governments to strike this historic deal.
Perhaps we’ll see more earthquakes in countries that don’t get with the program. Indeed, perhaps all of this strange weather is not divinely-inspired. Perhaps it’s not God’s judgment on a reprobate world after all. Perhaps it’s just the Department of Defense executing on its long range plan.
Some earthquakes are slipping faults etc, and some are akin to underground weather, i.e. subterranean thunderstorms. There is often a blue glow in the sky associated with them. Therefore, I think HAARP induced earthquakes is a possibility worth considering.
The famous Christchurch earthquake might have been such an event.
Who knows? It’s hard to prove, for sure. The prominent Aurora Australis event a few years ago coincided with a large HAARP experiment according to some.
The US is a strange place. Complex unreadable forms for everything. Massive lack of automation.
In NZ, when I needed a new passport I took a photo with my phone, uploaded it and filled in the form and paid the fee. This was a 6 pm in the evening. The passport arrived on my desk at 9:30 am the next morning. I was amazed. I wondered if it could possibly get faster than that.
I renewed my driver license. I went early so there was no line. I downloaded the form and filled it in the night before. Just one page. Then at the place they take a new photo, do the eye test, and that’s it. Out the door in less than 10 minutes. I got a temporary paper license and the real license is mailed 2 weeks later max. No DMV nightmare which is a meme in the US.
I get US stock tax forms through email and the forms are horrific. Everything in boxes, headings more bold than the data, super hard to read. I just throw them all in the trash.
Americans complain, but they don’t realise the full extent of how bad it really is. All the forms seem to contain some implied threat, but it’s hard to put your finger on exactly what that threat is. They are scary forms.
And the health system. I know someone who is broke but got two free total knee replacements. No problem. There’s a bit of a wait time, but with TKRs it’s best to wait as long as possible if you are old, because you need those new knees to last the rest of your life. No fears of chosing misery or bankruptcy as we continually hear from Americans.
Whats the downside of our system? Tax and immigration. But we’d get that anyway I suspect.
Years ago I traveled through Latin America and the US. Colombia, Bolivia, Peru, Nicaragua, Mexico etc. The scariest country by far was the US. Everyone seemed slightly crazy. I had to order food with an American accent or staff got angry. Very wierd. The US seemed like a stressful place at times, and the infrastructure was all falling apart. The phone boxes were a shambles. Normal people were exceptionally civilised, polite, friendly, well-spoken and generous. They impressed me. There was a large contingent of crazies though, especially in Alaska.
The cops I spoke to were very nice. The cops in Colombia were nicer though. They even let us touch their machine guns. The US was scarier than Bogota for me sometimes. It seemed a cold and brutal place for some reason. Food was cheap, and BIG! Shopping trolleys were HUGE! I loved Las Vegas. It was fun just walking around looking at everything. I hear it’s gone way downhill now.
That’s just my observations and impressions. The US is a great country but some of their ways of doing things just seem designed to piss people off on purpose.
