Putin is luring disillusioned Americans and Europeans with the promise of Russia being a moral and religious society. I am completely with these western transplants to Russia at how they feel, but, nevertheless they could be suckers being lured into a trap.
This reminds me of what I read about the great depression. The Soviet Union under Stalin needed western technical expertise. The Soviet Union advertised in the USA and possibly Britain for help wanted at a time of high unemployment in the USA and Great Britain. Apparently desperately unemployed people in the USA lined up for those apparent jobs in the USSR. The one big catch was that they had to move to the USSR. I have read that many of those that got the offer and took up on it became disillusioned. Many of those American employees in the Soviet Union did not get paid as promised and some ended up in Siberian work camps with no way out. A lot of those transplants were also disillusioned about the lack of freedom in the USSR. The whole thing was a con job and a propaganda ploy.
It appears to me Putin is playing the same trick but using religion and morality as bait. These new transplants will probably find out that they were played for suckers by Putin.
However, if the USA falls under Democrat control again, then that Russian Visa option may look pretty good.
A great chunk of the alt media think that Russia is the holy One. I can’t think of anything more deceiving than to think that KGB intelligence expert, Putin, and Soviet Russia have some sort of Christian high moral ground. I see more Indians, orientals, and other colored people moving into my small New Hampshire town whereas 40 years ago it was all white and middle class. Despite Trump, I don’t see any major changes from the previous trend of multiculturalism. The nearest NH city, Nashua, has become a multicultural toilet bowl with Mexicans, Brazilians, Puerto Ricans, Blacks, and Indians making up every other person I see in Nashua. Forty years ago, Nashua, NH used to be working class white and middle class white. A colored person was a very rare sight in Nashua forty years ago.
I remember Concord, Manchester, and Nashua from the 1970s. They were beautiful cities. Not anymore. The mongrels have taken over.
You are so right. The same can be said for Vermont, especially Burlington VT. Vermont used to be laid back and crime free with long time White native Vermont farmers with some white hippies thrown in. Now the rich liberal New Yorkers have moved up there with their mansions. The farms have been replaced with mansions and solar panels. With them came the black immigrants, Chinese , Latinos, and Indians. Burlington is especially changed as it is now loaded with immigrants and blacks when before it used to be white hippies and white rural hicks looking for a job. Burlington, VT is now a drug and homeless infested city with tents, needles, and crap on the streets. Stay away from Vermont and sad to say New Hampshire has gone downhill.

It sure feels like a slow boil. 3 weeks ago it looked like WWIII was on our doorstep with Israel and Iran at war then suddenly peace in our time. Meanwhile, stock prices are going up and house buyers are outbidding each other. Good thing stock prices are rising otherwise I will have to work for the rest of my life. Formerly white neighborhoods are getting flooded with negros, chinks, and Indians. Conservative red areas are going communist blue. It is a slow painful decline. There is the possibility that there will be NO major calamity that will change the current course. It will instead be the Chinese water torture for those hoping for things to change course.
