So, Trump says he loves inflation. All income generating asset owners prefer a high inflationary environment, as our revenue rises much faster than our offsetting debt payments, but he’s there to bankrupt the bottom 80% of those in balance sheet wealth.
My rents are already below market again. I need another round of big increases later this year into next. Another $20k aggregate raise.

I have 8-9 checking accounts currently containing about 500K. Should I go buy a new truck? Or should I be I a lawful taxpayer, wear clothes from Amazon, and continue driving my 25-year-old pickup truck?
Maybe I’ll pay off one of my mortgages at 7.5%. who knows. My rents continue escalating so quickly, that these high interest rate mortgages don’t really mean much anymore.
The most important asset I have is the freedom afforded by being frugal and sensible. I haven’t had a job nor have had to deal with running a business for 25 years. Trading and investing were the tickets to freedom. Living way below my means was key. Now my passive income has been exploding over the past few years and I may actually buy that new truck.

I say that I have much more to contribute to the remnant than any other person out there. Anyone else with my skill set and knowledge base would be out there making millions. You can volunteer at the food pantries that distribute to the elders and homeless, give rides, etc. Your time and labor is more valuable than a money donation. All those organizations including those churches have administrative fees. Make a box of sandwiches, grab some old blankets and clothes and visit your local shelter.
Or perhaps I’ll spend most of my day reading and studying the written word and how it’s conforming with my particular people and the circumstances at hand. Then I can relay my findings and research on a blog that I can control.
There’s more than one way to donate time. Even many of the homeless shelters are just non-profits that are run by people making a ton of money with salaries. As long as these non-profits pay out enough every year, so they don’t show any retained earnings, they make money. That can be the charity down the street or your favorite Church. They’re all tax-exempt according to the IRC.
Now, that’s a plan!
