I find the specific mention of the date, October 13, 2025, very interesting. In this instance, I didn’t ask for anything else, nor coach Google into formulating a predetermined answer. I only asked Google to analyze that above statement. I find it interesting that October 13th 2025 is exactly 3.5 years before April 13th, 2029.
Could the arrival of Apophis signify the end of Babylon as described in Revelation? Is this why the powers seem to be bleeding the current economy dry? Deficit spending ultimately only helps the wealthiest asset and bank owners. These would be the only people who would know enough to prepare.

It’s kind of difficult to tell in the immediate term. Because home prices had been rising so much, their value proposition wasn’t as enticing to these SFR REITs. It looks as if they were moving in the direction of building their own housing subdivisions as rentals.
Because this bill didn’t place any restrictions on that, these institutional landlords will be fine. I personally think that these firms are better off building out their own stock of rental housing, as opposed to buying existing inventory. Gradually over time, they’re going to sell off their existing stock anyway. Sounds like Invitation Homes will eventually just be landlords for their own single family housing developments. It’s much easier.
With this said, I’m not a fan of these REITs, nor any other, because the yields are too low and are lower than what we could derive if we own the properties out right.
Zoning and codes and regulations are a local matter and a national bill will not necessarily change stuff. The blue areas will always have constraints, it’s just that the national constraints will be lessened. That could mean that national lending standards could be streamlined, but I don’t think that really matters.
Being able to build on Federal Land sounds nice, but I don’t know how much federal land there is around the large metropolitan areas. There’s not exactly a lot of demand for housing where there’s a large supply of federal land.
For small landlords like we are, I don’t think it matters much at all in the short to intermediate run. However, as I say all the time on this blog, all housing legislation, regardless of intent, has the result of restricting supply, while stimulating demand.
How does this bill restrict supply? The answer to this is pretty straightforward. Any restrictions placed on institutional money has the effect of inhibiting Capital formation. It’s too early to tell, but I do see the new home sales and building permits dropping quite a bit below expectations over the past couple months. It could be just a coincidence or a symptom of something more revealing, and could mean large institutions are pulling out of the industry.
So, in the long run, I suspect there will be less house rentals available, which helps me and you as small landlords. Of course, a big chunk of this is local.

The secret to life is to carve out your own path that is best for you. You can’t let other people define you and your path. When you let other people define your path they will define you in their own interest without considering your needs nor your best abilities. They use guilt and take advantage of your self doubt. They also use social validation as a tool. You have to detach from social validation and guilt. They will only be used against you.
A daily personal relationship with Jesus Christ and his father will guide you in the best direction for you. Jesus has 100% love for you and therefore cares about you and your best interest. In addition the God of Jesus Christ will always provide for your needs and never leave you without.
I suspect many of “us” have similar stories. Although I’ve struggled with jobs for one reason or another when I was working, I’ve always had what was needed. Leaving organized religion 30 years ago was the best decision. Life is a series of tests and opportunities to learn and accept Truth. As long as we make progress, our understanding increases it seems.

Yes… I was sent a bunch of video clips by a reader of Trump speaking and he is an awful person. He horribly blasphemes the most holy and mocks Christians.
Trump flat out says he’s not Christian. He wittingly took his oath without putting his hand on the Bible, while his wife was all mystified, holding two unused Bibles in her hands.
Trump says that there’s no need to vote for him again to a bunch of cheering Christians. He says it was important for the Christians to vote for him, but that he will fix things so that there will be no need to vote again.
He says that he’s not going to heaven and admits it flat out. He says he’s done nothing to earn heaven and that he’s already in Paradise as he flies around on Air Force One.
I’m not making any of this stuff up. He claims that he’s his supporters retribution. Over and over again, he says these things. I don’t listen to him, per se, on a daily basis, but after I heard these quotes I was astonished.
He talks about being a king. He said Jesus was called a king and in the same breath, he said he was a king. And his duped down Christians we’re all cheering.
This is the first time I actually had considered somebody walking on the face of this Earth to be that man. He says everything and acts the way described in the written word that would qualify him.
I was asked by a reader about a number of issues regarding repentance. Here’s some of my thoughts.
Anyone who sells out their own people will never make it into the kingdom. People who cannot forgive and move forward will never make it.
I’ve come across a lot of people over the years who claimed to be saved, yet for some reason resent their parents. Now that is double mindedness and these people will not make it in.
The same thing goes with most black people. Victims are not worthy of the Kingdom. There will be a lot of disappointed black people who claim to know Jesus, yet vote Democrat and view the white people as evil White supremacists. These black people can’t get over their sense of victimization. People holding grudges will not make it in.
I don’t hold grudges against non-whites. It’s primarily the turncoat whites that made the United States into what it is today. These are the self-loathing whites. Yes, they primarily vote Democrat and hate Jesus.
I truly don’t care about black people. Think about this, most blacks hate White people. Blacks hate my people. This statement is true. I know this, because I’ve had to deal with hundreds of different blacks over the decades and it seems to be always the same.
Thus, I don’t pray for them and I don’t pray for the rest of the world. The blacks and the rest of the world can pray for themselves. I also avoid them. Having to deal with them just makes my life more difficult. I cannot begin to tell you how many hundreds of thousands of dollars over the decades I’ve lost having to work with black people over whites. My life is not an open-ended charity.
I pray exclusively for my people. Very few people today care about my people, let alone pray for them. I pray and care about my people.
People who get offended will never make it in. I can’t tell you how many times over the decades I’ve met people who claim to have repented and are saved, yet in the same conversation will get offended over the most minor of details. Those who get offended have a sense of victimhood. Victims in any way, shape, or form will not make it in.
It will be absolutely impossible for a European Caucasian person who denigrates his own people to make it into the kingdom.
I don’t understand all of these laodicean Christians with their churches who travel all over the world to proselytize, yet their own people at home remained closed and in the dark without their help. I don’t understand why they don’t help their own people. YHVH sees the same thing.
